She enters your Joy ID. Your card is officially marked delivered, and your address joins the rotation to receive.

Sometime soon, an unexpected envelope. You register the Joy ID and, if you like, share the front for the gallery.

JoyPost questions
What is JoyPost?
JoyPost is Club Joy's pen-pal exchange for women. You send a real postcard by mail to another member, and one finds its way back to you, so a little happy mail keeps traveling between members across the country. Real postcards, real handwriting, real members.
How does sending a postcard work?
You activate JoyPost, request a Joy ID, and get matched with a verified member. You pick a postcard, write a note, add the Joy ID, and drop it in the mail. When it arrives, your recipient registers the Joy ID, and your address becomes eligible to receive one too.
Do I have to share my address?
You share your mailing details only so a matched member can send you a postcard, and the system handles the matching. You are never posting your address publicly.
How often do postcards arrive?
It depends on how often you send, since JoyPost runs on a give-and-receive loop. The more the community participates, the more happy mail travels, and there are regular prompts to keep it flowing.
Is JoyPost included in membership?
Yes. JoyPost is part of being a Club Joy member at $19 a month. The postcards themselves are on the house as part of the experience.
